By Matthew Corrigan on Sunday, 04 February, 2018

Reunited, the friends began to sing, as they had done in the trenches for morale in the face of the Great War's well-documented horrors. Hearing them, a passing schoolmaster remarked: “With voices like that, you chaps should form a choir.” So they did. And the Chapel-en-le-Frith Male Voice Choir (CMVC) celebrates its one hundredth birthday this year.
