I recently interviewed Devin Reed at his cottage in Mill Brow after spotting him at a Roman Lakes “Fact and Fun Day”. I was curious to find out about sheep farming in our area and also the process of producing wool for knitting.

Double Olympic Gold Medallist Rebecca Adlington was the Guest of Honour at the re-opening of the Mill Brow Recreation Ground in May. The last pieces of play equipment had been deemed unsafe by the council and the children’s park faced closure until the local community sprang into action.
